PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose an automatic clinical analyzer of a sample for applying novelty that are important characteristics and the progress with respect to the inventions of prior art. SOLUTION: The automatic clinical analyzer is constituted of an assembly of respective modules and two moving arm devices and the respective modules are functionally related to each other and are controlled by a central control unit of a circular type one embodiment, due to the concentric ring of a reagent module with a rotary carousel which supports an incubation reaction vessel. The modules, which feed a disposable reaction vessel using a detachable shelf, and a scanning device arranged outside in adjoining relationship and concentric to the same carousel are connected to a device for pushing in the reaction vessel toward the groove of an incubation carousel from the shelf and feed it.
