PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-armored energy storage device having a projecting part projecting to the outside of an armoring film, and having a means for preventing moisture intrusion from a part between the projecting part and the armoring film. SOLUTION: This film-armored energy storage device is provided with: at least one electrode body unit having a positive electrode and a negative electrode; the armoring film 20 covering the electrode body unit; at least one projecting part 40 projecting outward by running over the armoring film from the inside of the armoring film; and a flange part 44 being a flange part 44 formed of a material substantially impermeable by moisture, and formed at position close to the film 20 in a form projecting in the surface direction of the armoring film 20 from the projecting part 40.
