PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a boundary microphone capable of preventing the generation of noise without being influenced by an electromagnetic wave of a cellar phone even if the cellular phone is placed near to the microphone, for example. SOLUTION: The boundary microphone has a boundary plate 1 capable of being placed on a plane; a cover 2 having an opening capable of introducing an acoustic wave and covering the boundary plate 1; a microphone unit 3 disposed in an internal space formed by the boundary plate 1 and the cover 2, and converting the acoustic wave introduced from the opening of the cover 2 into an electric signal; and a circuit board 4 disposed in the internal space formed by the boundary plate 1 and the cover 2, and having the microphone unit 3 disposed thereon.
