PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit for operation panel control which can be utilized for each model in common despite the type of input/output information assigned to each of input/output terminals of an operation panel is changed corresponding to the model of a complex machine mounting the operation panel. SOLUTION: The operation panel control ASIC 211 is composed to have a first combination circuit module 211M between the input terminal of a first or fourth latch 211a or 211d for input and each output terminal of the operation panel 10X, and a second combination circuit module 211N between the output terminal of a fifth or eighth latch 211p or 211s for output and each input terminal of the operation panel 10X. The first/second combination circuit modules 211M, 211N change the connection relation between the input terminal and a connecting terminal corresponding to GND potential or Vcc potential to be inputted.
