PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to be easily attached to a lever by moving it in the direction along the outer face of a lever attaching part. SOLUTION: On both side faces of a female connector housing 5, the lever attaching part 22 formed in a bag state is installed, and an introduction groove 23 is pierced formed so as to open an aperture in the front. On the inner faces of both side plates 28 of the lever 21, a rotation shaft 24 having meshing gear pieces 30 to be meshed with meshing teeth 7 of a male connector housing 1, and a projection 31 in its rearward are installed. By fitting the projection 31 and the rotation shaft 24 into the introduction groove 23, the whole lever 21 is made to be slid along the outer face of the lever attaching part 22. When the rotation shaft 24 reaches the terminating end of the introduction groove 23, the lever 21 is stopped for returning, and assembled in a rotation operable manner because the projection 31 is fitted into a locking groove 25.
