PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carriage assembly which suppresses the flutter of an actuator arm and a magnetic disk. SOLUTION: The carriage assembly is composed of: a first actuator arm provided with a windward side plane 107a, a leeward side plane 101a, an outer surface 103a; and an inner surface 111a, and a second actuator arm provided with a windward side plane 107c, a leeward side plane 101c, a first inner surface 111b(1) facing the inner surface of the first actuator, and a second inner surface 111b(2) positioned at an opposite side of the first inner surface. An inclined plane 105a extending from the windward side plane to the inner surface is formed at the first actuator arm, and an inclined plane 105b(1) facing from the windward side plane to the first inner surface and an inclined plane 105b(2) facing from the windward side plane to the second inner surface are formed at the second actuator arm.
