PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility for preventing tunnel disaster in which each of various facilities is connected to a disaster prevention reception panel at different dates, and when it is necessary to confirm the function of a facility newly connected to the disaster prevention reception panel each time the various facilities are connected to the disaster prevention panel, the function confirmation test of the facility is simplified, and the number of staffs is reduced. SOLUTION: In this facility for preventing tunnel disaster in which a plurality of terminal equipment arranged at each section in a tunnel is respectively provided with a disaster prevention reception panel connected through a signal line and at least one control panel of the various facilities for inputting/outputting a signal to/from the disaster prevention reception panel, the disaster prevention reception panel is provided with a simulation signal generating means for generating a simulation signal instead of a response signal to be output by the control panel of any of those various facilities and a control means for outputting a control signal to a prescribed terminal equipment based on the simulation signal generated by the simulation signal generating means.
