PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent skimming of electronically payable card data. SOLUTION: In a card payment terminal 1 for reading card data stored in a card to execute payment processing and printing payment information to a sheet in the process of carrying the sheet along a sheet passage, a housing body part 2a includes a cutter device 41 for cutting roll paper R in the process that a movable blade 42 crosses the sheet passage 19. An opening and closing part 2b openably and closably provided on the housing body part 2a has an abutment part 40a. The abutment part 40a is adapted so as to abut on the movable blade 42 which crossed the sheet passage 19 according to the opening operation of the opening and closing part 2b to regulate the opening motion of the opening and closing part 2b.
