PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize movement compensation without using a large-scale digital circuit. SOLUTION: For 1st readout image data of a 1st cycle read out lastly as readout image data corresponding to a 1st frame and 2nd readout image data of a 1st cycle read out firstly as readout image data corresponding to a 2nd frame succeeding to the 1st frame, image data obtained by replacing at least portion of the respective readout image data with mask data are used as driving image data. For readout image data readout in at least one cycle among readout image data excluding the 1st readout image data of the 1st frame and readout image data read out in at least one cycle among readout image data excluding the 2nd readout image data of the 2nd frame, the readout image data are used as driving moving image data as they are.
