PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weaving test method and a winding system, having a weaving test function in which the system is safe, low cost, small and low running cost, and weaving tests are possible between anode and cathode and between electrodes and a separator. SOLUTION: A camera is placed at the winding part in the winding system and the state during winding is photographed at each revolution and sent to an image processor. In the image processor, the position data of the end parts of each electrode sheet is detected by the image processing, and by calculating the difference, weaving between the anode and the cathode is judged. Also, whether the electrode protrudes from the separator is detected, by detecting the position relation between the anode and the separator and between the cathode and the separator; and when there is protrusion, it is decided as being weaving.
