PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an influence of an error accompanied to rotation of a rotor included in a weighing signal, without using rotation speed detecting equipment. SOLUTION: A load cell 6 attached to a rotary block 2 is rotated together with rotation of the rotary block 2. A CPU 22 constitutes a digital filter, and the filter generates a rotation speed signal having a time response characteristic substantially equal to a time response characteristic of a rotation speed of the rotary block 2, corresponding to a step-like input signal. The CPU 22 calculates an error signal expressing an error component of the load cell 6 weighing signal received by the rotation of the rotary block 2, based on the rotation speed signal from the filter.
