PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkler system for a high-rise apartment building sharing a water pipe or a pump in a sprinkler facility and a fire hydrant facility for general use and securing appropriate water pressure required for each facility. SOLUTION: A plurality of branch water pipes 9 branched in the number of piping spaces 52 provided vertically passing through each dwelling unit 51 of each story are connected to a main water pipe 8 supplied with water at predetermined pressure from a water supply device 4. A sprinkler head 1 installed at each dwelling unit of the required story is connected to each branch water pipe 9, and the fire hydrant facility for general use installed at the required story is connected to the branch water pipe 9. Pressure regulating valves 10, 70 for regulating primary side fluctuating water pressure to the predetermined water pressure on the secondary side are disposed among the sprinkler head 1, the fire hydrant facility for general use and the branch water pipe 9.
