<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sterilization apparatus for the heat-sterilization of a sterilizing object in a sterilizing tank by spraying hot water in the tank to prevent the uneven heating of the object. <P>SOLUTION: Trays 4 each holding a sterilizing object 3 are stacked in multiple stages in a sterilization tank 7 and hot water is sprayed downward from a number of spray nozzles 9 placed at the upper part of the tank toward the trays to effect the heat-sterilization of the object. The quantity of hot water sprayed to the front end 11 and the rear end 12 of the tray is made to be larger than the hot water quantity sprayed to the center area of the tray 4. The spray nozzle 9 spraying hot water against the tray from above is inclined toward the front end 11 of the tray or the rear end 12 of the tray to incline the hot water spraying direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
