<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform light distribution characteristic having small irradiation irregularity while realizing miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: This LED lighting system is provided with an LED unit 12 having a plurality of LED elements 21 for radiating light to the whole circumference in the horizontal direction.
