<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter circuit simplified in configuration, high in efficiency and easy in stepping up and stepping down a voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The AC voltage of an arbitrary waveform can be obtained by using a chopper circuit 1 that converts an input DC voltage to a voltage of a full-wave rectifying voltage waveform, and a switch circuit 8 that switches the direction of the voltage of the full-wave rectifying voltage waveform outputted by the chopper circuit 1 at each half-wave period and changes the voltage into a single-phase AC voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
