PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam shaft allowing a turnable cam segment to be easily fitted with positional accuracy each time. SOLUTION: The cam segment 6 is supported by a guide area 2' arranged in an outside shaft 2 through tongue and groove joint connection parts 8 and 9 extended in a circular block limited in the circumferential direction. The circular block is coaxially formed with the outside shaft 2 and an inside shaft 3, and the cam segment 6 connected to the inside shaft not freely to rotate can limitedly slide in the radial direction in relation to the inside shaft 3.
