PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the resources of a base station to be efficiently allotted to terminal devices in a state in which the available channels of radio LAN are limited in number. SOLUTION: A radio LAN base station control device using computers are provided. The device is equipped with a means (a utilization registration processing unit 24, a parameter setting unit 32) of receiving a communication control reservation through input, a means (a state detecting unit 38) of acquiring information as to the communication state of the base stations, and a means (a base station control unit 44) of setting up the communication mode of, at least, one channel, resting on the received communication control reservation and information as to the acquired communication states and sending instruction signals to the base station to enable it to make communications in the set communication mode.
