PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering control device to avoid deterioration of the vehicle operability by securely regulating the rotation of an eccentric cam when an abnormality is generated in the steering device. SOLUTION: The steering control device has a gear ratio variable mechanism which is provided between an input shaft and an output shaft, and enables the relative rotation between the input shaft and the output shaft. The gear ratio variable mechanism is equipped with a first external gear coaxially connected with the input shaft, an internal gear composed of a first internal gear meshing with the first external gear in an eccentric state, and a second internal gear part connected with the first internal gear part, a second external gear meshing with the second internal gear in the eccentric state, and coaxially connected with the output shaft, an eccentric cam which is at the outer peripheral side of the internal gear, is relatively rotatably provided with the internal gear, with which the center of an inner peripheral circle is matched, and has the rotating shaft matching with the input/output shaft, and a rotation regulation means which is provided at the outer peripheral side of the eccentric cam and regulated the rotation of the eccentric cam by engaging with the eccentric cam.
