PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify positively an originator to a call termination from non-registered telephone number, or a call termination with unknown telephone number of originator's telephone instrument. SOLUTION: In the first turn around processing (step 206) of the telephone instrument at the time of call termination, originator's own audio data are recorded on a record department (step 208). The originator's own audio data are used as ringer tone, and is outputted from the speaker of the telephone instrument (step 214). For that purpose, the addressee who receives a message with the telephone device hears the originator's own ringer tone (audio data) from whom it is the call termination before the second response in which the telephone conversation is started to the call termination, and can confirm. Namely, the originator can be specified positively as opposed to the call termination from the non-registered telephone number or the call termination with the unknown telephone number of the originator's telephone device.
