PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic callback system so as not to change waiting orders of callers in the case that there exist actual waiting calls and callback requests. SOLUTION: A waiting call control section 144 confirms a caller as to whether or not the caller accepts a callback when a waiting time prediction value of the caller reaches a threshold or over, and passes call information to a queue control section 142 when the caller rejects the callback. When the caller accepts the callback, a callback control section 143 interrupts the call with the caller and passes callback request information to the queue control section 142. The queue control section 142 sequentially registers waiting call information and the callback request information in one queue 190 in the earlier receiving order. When a person in charge reaches a connectable state, the queue control section 142 preferentially starts a speech with a caller corresponding to the oldest information among information items registered in the queue 190.
