PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for reducing resistance of a lead pattern and a manufacturing method for making a rear part of a MR height a straight shape by reviewing specifications of a tip shape of a high trimming pattern. SOLUTION: The high trimming pattern formed in a high trimming process is constituted so that the pattern is provided with a straight line part of distance X formed so as to hold a magneto-resistance effect film being a magnet sensing part between them at a prescribed position of the rear end part of the MR height in its tip shape part, and a triangle part extended to the interior side (reverse direction to ABS) from both end parts of the distance X respectively at angleθ, relation between the distance X of the straight line (unit:μm) and the angleθ(unit:deg.) satisfies a range prescribed by the prescribed relational expression.
