PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge dusts collected in a room to the outside of the room without reducing a discharge air volume by eliminating ventilating resistance inside of a cylindrical body of a flow channel opening and closing device. SOLUTION: This flow channel opening and closing device has an oscillating shaft 14 mounted at an upper portion outside of the cylindrical body 11 as a flow channel, a flow channel opening and closing blade 15 at one side of the oscillating shaft 14, and a superposing portion 16 at the other side, the flow channel opening and closing blade 15 is kept into contact with an end face of the cylindrical body 11 as a flow-out opening when the flow channel is closed, and the superposing portion 16 is mounted on a position for holding the cylindrical body 11 when the flow channel is opened. The ventilating resistance inside of the cylindrical body is eliminated by the oscillating shaft of the flow channel opening and closing blade 15 outside of the cylinder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
