PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pulley superior in dimensional stability and strength and in wear resistance particularly in a dusty atmosphere, having improved property as a substitute for a metal pulley. SOLUTION: The resin pulley 1 is formed of a resin composition in which a phenol resin as a base resin is blended with elements, namely, 15-50 wt% inorganic powder having a Mohs hardness of 6.5 or more, 20-40 wt% reinforcing fibers and 1-5 wt% talc.
