PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a fluid pressure circuit improved in interlocking operability when a plurality of fluid pressure actuators are operated in association with each other. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic bypass restricting variable regulating valve 25 changed over by electric signals from a controller 3 is installed in a center bypass line 21 between an electromagnetic attachment changeover valve 2 and a relief valve 22 for negative control. A pump pressure sensor 26 and load pressure sensors 27, 28, 29, and 30 are installed in a pump line 6 and the output side lines 14H, 14R, 9H, and 9R of changeover valves 12 and 2. The controller 3 controls the spool strokes of the changeover valves 12 and 2 to control the P-C variable restriction areas thereof and also controls the bypass restriction variable regulating valve 25 to correct the synthetic value of the bypass variable restriction area thereof at a spool stroke so that a proper pump signal pressure Pn can be provided.
