PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade device, stored with the light shielding part thereof collapsed, and improving the convenience in storing by keeping the light shielding part in the collapsed state. SOLUTION: In this sunshade device, projecting pieces 222, 222 are integrally projected on each clamping piece 211 of a support part 2 clamping and supporting the light shielding part 1 formed by stretching a flexible light shielding screen inside a flexible ring. A user twists the light shielding part 1 twice to be collapsed (Fig. (a)), and the collapsed light shielding part 1 is inserted and held between the clamping piece 211 and the projecting pieces 222, 222 (Fig. (b)).
