PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of accommodated objects upon the neighboring chamber and the emission of uncomfortable sounds owing to abutting of the objects to one another by forming strongly a partition for side compartments in front and in the rear formed by partitioning a luggage room in the fore-and-aft direction of the body. SOLUTION: The tonneau body 14 is formed from two segments 14a and 14b, among which the one 14a located in front is arranged capable of rising relative to the luggage floor 12b of the luggage room 12, and a front compartment 12<SB>2</SB>and a rear compartment 12<SB>1</SB>are formed in the luggage room 12 by the front tonneau board segment 14a put upright, wherein the inside of the front compartment 12<SB>2</SB>is made visible from behind the body by the tonneau board segment 14a, and the two compartments 12<SB>1</SB>and 12<SB>2</SB>are separated by a tonneau board body 14 having a relatively high stiffness.
