PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling sheet for a vehicle equipped with a greatly enhanced strength and expanding/contracting capability and with an improved durability for damage etc. and provide a new sheet attaching method capable of enhancing the sound shutoff characteristic greatly without restriction to the conventional attaching method. SOLUTION: The coupling sheet for vehicle has a base material layer 10 formed by impregnating a knit textile of synthetic fiber with a synthetic resin 12. It is preferable of having a facial layer consisting of synthetic resin. An adhesive layer should preferably be interposed between the base material layer 10 and the facial layer. This sheet has a durability for an expansion and contraction test in which the elongation varies continuously with the amplitude ranging from one time to 2.5 times as large. According to this method, sheets are attached between two vehicles so that identical planes are formed along the outer surfaces of the two vehicles.
