PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film for metal sheet laminate molding processing having excellent molding processability and excellent in appearance after retorting, gold color developability and glossiness. SOLUTION: The laminated film is composed of a base material film and the adhesive layer provided thereon, and the base material film comprises a polyester composition composed of polytetramethylene terephthalate and polyethylene terephthalate. The adhesive layer is composed of an adhesive and a colorant and the a<SP>*</SP>value by a color-difference meter of the laminated film is -30 to 20 and the b<SP>*</SP>value thereof is 20-70.
