PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-grade inkjet head capable of preventing an ink passage pattern from getting out of shape even if using a solvent of high dissolving power when forming a coating resin layer used as an ink passage wall, and the inkjet head manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The ink passage pattern is formed on a substrate surface provided with energy generating elements by the way of forming a photosensitive resin layer consisting of photosensitive resin composition with which a cross-linkage reaction is progressed by light irradiation while a decomposition reaction being progressed by heating and then of patterning the resin layer by light irradiation and development. The coating resin layer used as the ink passage wall is formed on the pattern and then an ink delivery port is formed. After that the photosensitive resin layer forming the ink passage pattern is heated, and the resin layer is dissolved and removed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
