PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working accuracy by restraining looseness between a punch body 11 and a punch guide 5, when nibbling work is performed on a workpiece W. SOLUTION: The punching die comprises a cylindrical punching guide 5, a punching body 11 arranged in the punching guide so as to be movable in the vertical direction, a punching head 25 arranged at the top end of the punching body 11, and a stripper spring 27 arranged under the punching head 25. Furthermore, there are provided a plurality of rotation restraining means 31 (33), which are composed of a keyway 35 (41) formed extending vertically on the punch guide 5 or the punch body 11, and a key 37 (43) which is arranged on the punching body 11 or the punching guide 5 and fitted into the keyway 35 (41) so as to be movable in the vertical direction.
