PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter smoothly and surely scraping off the adhered soil by precisely and well pressing to contact a scraper on the inner surface of a planting cup. SOLUTION: The transplanter has a planting cup vertically movably supported on the vertically movable cup supporting element and has an open/shut interlocking mechanism opening and shutting a planting cup in interlock with vertical motion of a cup supporting element, wherein, on the cup supporting element, a scraper element for scraping off the soil adhered on the inner surface of the planting cup is vertically movably set, and the scraper interlocking mechanism for vertically moving the scraper element against the planting cup is set so as to press and contact the scraper element to the inner surface of the planting cup.
