PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic electronic component which avoids deforming a laminate, irrespective of the existence of the thickness change of inner electrodes, solves the pressure ununiformity in thermo-pressure welding of the laminate, and suppresses the growth of the delamination. SOLUTION: A group of inner electrodes 611-616 has a fixed directivity with respect to the change of the electrode thickness in each of green sheets Q1 to Qr. At least a set of adjacent green sheets Q1, Q2 are laminated so that the change directions of their electrode thickness are reverse to each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
