PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the press-down of a push button in a fire alarm installed to an elevated place such as a ceiling surface, in a case that an operator presses the push button of the fire alarm by his/her finger or by use of a tool such as a bar tip, without slippage from the surface of the push button even if pressed from an oblique direction as well as from a vertical direction. SOLUTION: The fire alarm 1 comprises a casing 10, a protruding detection part 12 arranged in the surface center of the casing, and the push button 123 provided on the surface of the casing 10 with avoiding the detection part 12.
