PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress manufacturing costs and increase of installation space, and to continue supply of refrigerant even to a cooling circuit having a malfunction. SOLUTION: In the cooling device provided with cooling circuits 30 and 40 for cooling a refrigeration case 10 and a freezing case 20, a high pressure side communication passage 71 is provided for mutually connecting high pressure parts of respective cooling circuits 30 and 40 so as to open and close, a low pressure side communication passage 70 is provided for mutually connecting low pressure parts of respective cooling circuits 30 and 40 so as to open and close, and when the high pressure side communication passage 71 and the low pressure side communication passage 70 are respectively closed usually, and communication of the refrigerant is stopped in the cooling circuit 40 for freezing, a high pressure side opening and closing valve 73 and a low pressure side opening and closing valve 72 are maintained in opened states such that communication of the refrigerant from the cooling circuit 30 for refrigeration to the cooling circuit 40 for freezing is possible.
