PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity for forming marks between rails and provide the possibility of accurately aligning the revolving center of a vehicle body with an inter-rail center even if such marks are not formed. SOLUTION: In front and rear of the bottom of a revolving type rail land vehicle 10, a pair of cameras 20F and 20R are installed in such an arrangement that the two camera face each other and their distances from the revolving center O of the rail and land vehicle 10 are equal. Images of two rails RF and RR given by the cameras 20F and 20R accompanied by the intrusion of the vehicle to a track R are displayed on a single monitor 30 alternately or overlapped, and the vehicle 10 is stopped at a point where images of the rails RF and RR in the monitor 30 are overlapped.
