PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easiness and cost reduction of mounting work and removal work by eliminating use of a bolt and a nut for mounting a pad and to reduce damage to the pad as much as possible. SOLUTION: The pad 8 comprising an elastic material is detachably fitted/mounted to a fitting recession part of a distal end back surface of a platform body 3 so as to be projected from the distal end back surface of the platform body 3.
