PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holed-headrest cover material, a method for sewing the same and a holed-headrest capable of manufacturing the holed-headrest cover material with less joints, not requiring frequently turning the surface in a sewing process and simply and easily manufacturing the headrest. SOLUTION: The holed-headrest cover material 1 is provided with a main body part 2 consisting of the parts including a front face 13, a rear face 11, a side face 12 and hole parts 14 and 15 and manufactured by a first process for sewing the front face 13 on the side face 12 into a face-to-face state, a second process for sewing one end of hole parts 14 and 15 in the face-to-face state on a hole part of the front face 13 from the back, a third process for sewing the other end of the hole parts 14 and 15 on a hole part of the rear face 11 from the back, a fourth process for sewing a part 12a of the periphery where the front face 13 among the periphery of the side face 12 is not sewn on a turned periphery 11b except a lower-end side of the rear face 11 together with the face-to-face part, a fifth process for turning the surface of the main body part 2 and a sixth process for closing a lower-end side of the main body part 2.
