The cell case (10) comprises a first frame (11) which is provided with an opening (13) in a position corresponding to the electric power generating element (2) and a holding member (30) arranged in a housing portion (15) which is formed in a second frame (12). The holding member (30) holds the film-packed battery (1), but is not arranged within the opening (13).
