An accommodation container for microbe or biomolecule such as nucleic acid or protein; a method of preparing the same; and a method of use thereof. The container comprises supports (A) having microbe or biomolecule (B) attached thereto or for attaching thereof, storage parts (D) for storing of the supports, first sheet (E), second sheet (C) and third sheet (F), wherein the second sheet (C) and third sheet (F) are detachably superimposed on two major surfaces of the first sheet (E), and wherein the first sheet (E) is furnished with through hole parts having, on inner circumferential surfaces thereof, retention portions for retaining the supports (A), and wherein each of the storage parts (D) is formed by openably sealing of the openings of each of the through hole parts provided in the first sheet (E) by means of the second sheet (C) and the third sheet (F), and wherein each of the supports (A) is detachably retained by the retention portion of the relevant storage part (D).
