<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation information management system, a reservation information management program, a reservation information management method and an electronic mail acquiring device for supporting an accurate and quick service, and for improving the customer satisfaction. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 13 acquires an electronic mail E from a mail server 17, and stores it in a storage part 13b, and extracts the reservation contents of each lodger as character data from each electronic mail E. A management computer 13 makes a database D store the extracted character data as reservation information, and makes a display part 21 display a menu screen. On the other hand, the management computer 13 makes a printer P print each extracted character data on one print sheet 23 as a two-dimensional code B and a sentence L.
