<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting display panel and a light emitting display device capable of increasing the lifetime of a light emitting element by reverse biasing the light emitting element without adding a power supply and a power supply line to the light emitting display, particularly, and to provide a driving method for the light emitting display device. <P>SOLUTION: In the light emitting display device, the light emitting element is reverse biased without requiring the additional power supply for the reverse bias and the power supply line therefor because a low level light emitting control signal is used as the power supply for the reverse bias.
