<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data drive chip and a light-emitting display that can enhance the degree of uniformity of reference current. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting display device is provided with a scanning drive section 100 which successively applies scanning signals with a plurality of scanning lines, a data drive section 200 which is provided with a first data driver that outputs a reference current and a second data driver that receives the reference current and applies a data current corresponding to the reference current to a plurality of data lines and an image display section 300, which displays an image by the scanning signals applied to a plurality of scanning lines S1 to Sn and data current applied to a plurality of data lines D1 to Dm.
