LIQUID COOLING PIPE OF LIQUID COOLING TYPE COOLER WITH INNER SPACER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cooling pipe of a liquid cooling type cooler with inner spacers. SOLUTION: The liquid cooling pipe is provided with a tube body, the plurality of inner spacers and a cover panel. One end of the tube body is a sealed end and another end is an open end, an axial direction channel is formed on an inner wall of the tube body and a plurality of open holes are provided on a same side wall of the tube body and the cover panel covers the open end of the tube body and seals it. Each inner spacer is equipped with a spacer panel and at least two extension pins. The inner spacer is inserted into the channel from the open end of the tube body. A front end of each spacer panel contacts with a rear end of the extension pin of the front inner spacer. A small storing chamber is formed between two adjacent spacer panels. With this structure, a spacing process of a liquid cooling pipe is made easy and processing cost can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
