PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin-combined lens freed from the generation of creases. SOLUTION: A UV-curable resin necessary for forming a resin layer 41 is supplied to the die face 341 of a die, and a single lens 40 is arranged on an upper plate. By a sample holder, the single lens 40 is fixed in the state of being supported by the upper plate. Then, the space between a first convex lens 22 and a second convex lens 26 and the distance between the second convex lens 26 and the single lens 40 are simultaneously adjusted. In this condition, UV from a light source is condensed and irradiated on the center part of the resin layer 41. While irradiating UV, the focal position of the second convex lens 26 is successively moved to the die side, the irradiation area is enlarged toward the periphery from the center over the whole resin layer 41, and the UV-curable resin is cured to fabricate the resin-combined lens.
