<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the desired magnetic shielding effect, while acquiring the opening and closing function of the magnetic shielding door provided with a member formed of a plurality of magnetic materials. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic shielding door 10 opens and closes the doorway 16 of the magnetic shielding chamber. Magnetic members 15 formed of magnetic material are allocated with the intervals among them at the wall of the magnetic shielding chamber. The shielding door has a plurality of magnetic shield forming members 27 which are allocated corresponding to these magnetic members 15 and formed of magnetic material to form the magnetic shield in cooperation with these magnetic members 15, and a movable mechanism 28 for moving each magnetic shield forming member 27 at the door closing position where the doorway 16 is closed. The movable mechanism 28 is formed to move each magnetic shield forming member 27, between the joining position where the magnetic member 15 and the magnetic shield forming member 27 corresponding thereto and the isolating position where the magnetic member 15 and the magnetic shield forming member 27 corresponding thereto are isolated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
