PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information disclosure certification apparatus with which a disclosure period of electronic information can be easily checked. SOLUTION: The electronic information disclosure certification apparatus is provided with: an electronic information acquisition means for trying to acquire prescribed electronic information a plurality of times in a prescribed period; an acquired information storing means for storing information indicating the time when the acquisition of the prescribed electronic information is tried by the electronic information acquisition means and information indicating the contents of the acquired electronic information in each trial of acquisition of the prescribed electronic information; and a disclosure certification data generation means for calculating a disclosure period in which the prescribed electronic information is opened to the public on the basis of the information indicating the time when the acquisition of the prescribed electronic information is tried over a plurality of times and the information indicating the contents of the electronic information, which are stored in the acquired information storing means, and generating disclosure certification data for certifying that the prescribed electronic information was opened to the public in the disclosure period.
