PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coverage measurement system and a coverage measuring method and its program in which the coverage of a code to be used can be measured at high accuracy even when a source code of a component is not disclosed and only a restricted function is used for the component. SOLUTION: The coverage measurement system comprises a virtual machine part for executing a test of software to be measured at its coverage by an assembler code or a binary code and a positional information extraction part for extracting the positional information of an executed instruction code in the test by the virtual machine part.
