PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set up two setting values such as a high pressure setting value and low pressure setting value in a simple structure; to realize reduction of costs by reducing the number of pieces to be used; and to simplify design work and assembly work by dispensing with utilization of uncertain elements such as leakage from a connected part. SOLUTION: In a relief valve 10, an effective length of a coil spring 3 is changed by adjusting the screwed amount of a low pressure adjusting nut 4 for a screw section 23A. When inner pressure in an inner pressure explosion-proof container 20 exceeds a set value at a low pressure side, elastic force (urging force) of the coil spring 3 urging a valve element 2 to an arrow marked Y direction so that the valve element 2 moves to an arrow marked X direction. Further, a screwed position of a high pressure adjusting screw 5 at a screw hole 6A of a support member 6 is adjusted in the relief valve 10. When inner pressure of the inner pressure explosion-proof container 20 reaches to a set value at a high pressure side, the sliding amount of the valve element 2 in an arrow marked X direction is set up to be the maximum value so that a valve section 21 of the valve element 2 is brought into contact with the high pressure adjusting screw 5.
