PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture changing device which is capable of smoothly conveying works and easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A posture changing passage 2 comprises a reference face 21, one and the other side guide faces 22, 23 arranged on both sides of the reference face, and an opposing guide face 24 arranged opposing the reference face. The reference face is directed in the transverse direction so as to be located below a plug W1 at a carry-in part 2a of the posture changing passage, and curved so as to be gradually changed forward of the carrying direction A from the position of this state to the position in a state directed in the upper and lower longitudinal directions. One guide face out of one side guide face, the other side guide face, and the opposing guide face is directed in the transverse direction so as to be located below the plug at a carry-out part 2b of the posture changing passage, and curved so as to be gradually changed forward of the carrying direction from the position corresponding to the position in a state directed in the longitudinal direction in the reference face to the position in a state directed in the transverse direction at the carry-out part.
