PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt a long seat as well as a low floor in a vehicle having a truck. SOLUTION: A truck 31 in which side beams 16a, 16b located outside right/left wheels 12, 14, and wheels 13, 15 are supported via wheel axles 12a to 15a, axle boxes 17 to 20, and first suspensions 21 to 24 is provided at the wheels 12 to 15. Supporting height H of the vehicle body 1 by second suspensions 41, 42 on the side beams 16a, 16b of the frame 16 is made to be closed to an upper part of the wheel. Right/left high floor parts 51a, 51b as high as the supporting height, and a low floor part 51c lower than or as low as the wheel axles 12a to 15a therebetween are provided with the vehicle body 1. A long seat 61 in which the high floor parts 51a, 51b are changed into a seat part 61a, rising parts 51d, 51e from the low floor part 51c to the high floor part 51a, 51b are changed into a footboard part 61b is provided.
